After having worked with various Indian and multinational companies like Jabil Circuits/Celetronics, Multiarc/UCT, United Rubber and Sun Polymers at senior management level; Dr. Sharma started Xeways in 2011 that works as a strategic business partner to offer consultancy and services to SMEs and young entrepreneurs thru its global network of business partners.
